Iron Olive offers clothing and accessories produced on demand. Product availability, colors, and materials may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
A purchase contract is formed once an order is submitted and payment is authorized. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions).
5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in the selected currency. Where applicable, VAT will be included in accordance with Danish and EU regulations. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled on-demand through third-party production partners. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination and logistics. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
For EU consumer product safety compliance, certain items may designate an EU Responsible Person in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers)
EU consumers are entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our extended 30-day return window operates in addition to this legal right.
10. Defective or Incorrect Items
In case of defective or incorrect items, we will replace the product or issue a refund. Photo evidence may be required. Physical returns are not typically required unless specifically requested.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, product names, and content are the property of Iron Olive and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or activities that violate intellectual property, consumer, or data protection laws.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” and without additional warranties except those required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Danish law, Iron Olive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Iron Olive aims to conduct business with fairness, transparency, and honesty. We expect customers to engage with us in good faith, especially regarding returns, claims, and dispute resolution.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Denmark, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights under EU law.

We may update these Terms as needed. The latest version is always available on our website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
