Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Iron Olive. This policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer regulations.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in its original condition

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be declined.


3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • a different size, or

  • a different color of the same product

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Defective, Misprinted, or Wrong Items

In the rare case an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

Customers may be asked to provide photo documentation of the issue. Physical returns are not required for defective claims unless explicitly requested.


6. Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns, return shipping is free.


7. Restocking Fee

Standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


8. Physical Returns

Items generally do not need to be physically returned, unless a return is required for inspection or compliance. In such cases, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.


9. Final Sale Items

Items designated as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Final sale items will be clearly marked before purchase.


10. Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason.

Withdrawals must be communicated within the 14-day period. Our 30-day return window operates in addition to this statutory right.

12. Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically completed within:

  • 5–10 business days (processing)

  • plus payment provider timelines (Klarna, MobilePay, cards, etc.)


13. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If an order is lost in transit or not delivered, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed.
